Files
Free tools process your documents entirely in your browser. They are never transmitted. Premium members may switch on the file library; only then is a result encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and stored on our server until you delete it. Stored files are visible only to you. We never look at their contents.
Retention
Library files are kept until you delete them, or 30 days after a Premium subscription ends. We send an e-mail warning before deletion. Temporary processing data for server-side tools is deleted within one hour.
Account data
We store your e-mail address, a salted password hash (or your Google account ID if you sign in with Google), your plan, saved settings and a history of jobs (file sizes and presets, never file contents). You can export or delete your account at any time from the Account page.
Analytics
We count page views with a cookieless, first-party counter that stores no personal data. Your IP address is used to derive an approximate location and a daily-changing anonymous hash and is not stored.
Cookies
A session cookie is set only when you sign in. There are no advertising or tracking cookies from us. Ads shown to free users are served by the ad network under its own policy.
We send account e-mails (verification, password reset, retention warnings) through Brevo. You will never receive marketing e-mail unless you opt in.
